The interview gave me a really bad first impression.

Even during the video setup, they didn’t open the camera, and the whole interaction felt detached with strange behavior that didn’t leave room for relationship-building. The only question I remember clearly was essentially about my sales volume, with the conversation feeling oddly narrow.

It was hard to ignore how cold it felt, and that stuck with me. Even though it was framed as part of the hiring process, the culture they showed me in that moment didn’t align with what I was hoping to find.
