My interview started with promise because the recruiting team interactions were going well, but the hiring team experience turned unprofessional fast.

One technical call was canceled only an hour before it was supposed to happen due to the engineer being unavailable. It got rescheduled with the same engineer, who then arrived about 15 minutes late, though the discussion itself went fine.

Onsite followed and the same pattern repeated: I was invited to meet the hiring team engineers and director, but the schedule got interrupted mid-way again because of engineer availability. The recruiter seemed stuck in the middle and had to scramble to wrap up the day.

I left feeling uneasy about joining a group where people didn’t respect interview time
