San Francisco, CAPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a screening round and then two technical interviews that included live coding.

The second technical/live-coding interview wrapped into a final conversation with the manager, which turned more behavioral than technical. Everything felt pretty approachable and the overall vibe was easy.

I was disappointed at the end, though, because even after making it through the later stages, the offer ended up going to someone else. Reflecting on it later, the friendly pace of the process made the final result sting more than if the experience had felt rocky from the start.
