I went through a campus process where I found the first online test significantly challenging, and the later puzzle stages were also intense enough to take up most of the timeline.

Online test — the hardest early round compared with other companies I’d heard about.
Puzzles (interview round) — a subsequent round of puzzle-solving where I had to wait hours for the scheduled interview slot.
Higher-level puzzles — another interview round that raised the difficulty again.
HR round — HR felt more like a formality after the puzzle rounds. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; my key takeaway was that the process heavily filters on puzzle reasoning rather than programming depth.
