ManipalPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a structured set of interviews that leaned technical but also included HR, preceded by aptitude/coding screening; overall it felt manageable to average.

Aptitude + coding screening (pre-interview) — Before I was invited, I completed an aptitude test and a coding test.
Technical interview(s) — SQL/Python analytics — I discussed resume experience and tackled basic Python plus SQL questions.
Technical interview — reasoning / analytical thinking — I was evaluated on how I analyze and approach problem solving (including guesstimation-style prompts).
HR round — I covered behavioral and role-fit topics.
Outcome timing — In at least one iteration, results were delivered quickly after the rounds. Outcome: No offer;
