ChennaiPosted Feb 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed through campus and found the structure simpler than many others, with fewer rounds and a clear emphasis on problem solving and client-facing fit more than hardcore coding.

Written logical aptitude — an initial logical exam.
Problem solving / case studies — I solved tasks in my own words; no programming knowledge was required.
Technical confirmation (light) — in one version the process focused on SQL as the main skill, with experience/fit being the center.
HR interview — HR felt like a quick formality, and in one account it seemed to correlate strongly with selection. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the takeaway was that being articulate and comfortable with SQL/problem solving mattered more than advanced programming.
