I went through a straightforward multi-round interview path that started with aptitude and then moved into maths/technical questioning plus an HR check.

Written test (aptitude) — a preliminary aptitude screen.
Maths-related interview — a quantitative interview to assess fundamentals and reasoning.
Technical interview — a technical round aligned to the role’s analytical expectations.
HR interview — an HR-focused conversation after technical evaluation. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that success depended on solid aptitude-to-quant continuity rather than specialized coding.
