I interviewed for the Business Analyst role via a campus sequence where the online assessments were the hardest part, followed by SQL and then interviews that tested my reasoning and interest in analytics.

Online aptitude test — ~45 questions; I had to manage a tough time budget and not get stuck.
SQL test — a practical SQL evaluation (not just internet-style questions); the expectation was hands-on familiarity.
Interview — a CV walkthrough plus basic puzzles.
Interview (analytics interest) — questions about why analytics and why the company, tying my motivation to what they’re building. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was to prepare for SQL beyond fundamentals and practice time management for the aptitude round.
