I interviewed through a three-stage walk-in style process where I was evaluated with a reasoning test first, then an Excel/pivot-based dataset exercise.

Standard numerical + verbal reasoning test — about an hour with negative marking.
Case-like dataset round (Excel pivot) — questions based on call-center call volumes, with an emphasis on comfort using MS Excel pivot functions.
Face-to-face panel interview — a panel interview referencing what I did in earlier rounds, including experience with SAS/SPSS; one interviewer was described as ex-IIT/IIM. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that hands-on analytical tooling (Excel pivots) mattered alongside your prior analytics experience.
