I went through a multi-round process that balanced technical reasoning with communication and case-style discussion, then finished with an HR/case-focused conversation.

Hiring manager call — questions about my experience and background.
Technical round — logical reasoning, quant, and market sizing, plus SQL-related questions.
Case study / HR-style round — puzzles and a more case-based evaluation, along with HR questions.
HR close-out — checked interpersonal fit and communication. Outcome: I didn’t get selected; the takeaway was that communication and teamwork signals were as important as the technical reasoning.
