LatentView Analytics Business Analyst interview experience

Got offer

United StatesPosted Feb 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a relatively light-weight early-screen experience focused on basic suitability and fundamental assessments.

Written test (math + English) — a basic math and English evaluation.
Phone interview — a critical question during the call to check fit.
Company-suitability check — in another similar early screen, I was assessed for alignment and dedication; little coding was expected. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that even “easy” screens still probe for genuine fit, not just technical ability.
