I experienced a referral or on-campus style process with multiple rounds scheduled tightly, mixing quantitative questions, puzzles, and an HR discussion.

Initial aptitude/math — in one path it was math testing on the same day; in the other it followed the campus/referral intro before the technical interviews.
Technical interview(s) — puzzles and problem-solving; in both cases I had to show clear reasoning rather than memorized answers.
Case/puzzle + HR — HR questions and a final behavioral fit check.
HR round — a concluding discussion about motivations and background. Outcome: I wasn’t selected; the main takeaway was to be ready to justify how you solve, especially under time pressure.
