I saw two paths that both felt more difficult during the interview itself: a couple of probing technical/HR steps early, then a tougher final technical interaction where I was asked to code or work through SQL in real time.

Telephonic HR — “why analytics/why the company” style questions.
Telephonic technical — deeper drilling on claimed strengths (one example included SAS).
Final round (on-site/technical) — a difficult practical where I had to write code for something like GCD/LCM and explain the process.
Final technical/managerial interview — another scenario where a managerial-style interviewer probed SQL correctness and cut into my response time. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was to be ready for live correction and fast iteration, not just final answers.
