I went through a campus-style 4-round process that felt fairly average in difficulty, with each step acting like a filter.

Aptitude test — 40 questions (about average-to-above-average difficulty), screening for readiness.
Technical interview #1 — one of two technical rounds; I was evaluated on communication, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
Technical interview #2 — the second elimination-style technical round, again focused on how I think and explain.
HR interview — a final HR round to round out the profile. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the overall experience felt structured and competency-focused, especially on reasoning and learning mindset.
