I applied through a college career fair and, after about two weeks, I had my interview arranged.

The flow was fairly straightforward and typical: they asked me to talk about myself, and to cover my strengths and weaknesses.

They also probed into my previous company and the roles I’d held, which helped frame whether my experience matched the position they were hiring for. The overall experience felt average—nothing wildly surprising, but it was clearly centered on getting a clear picture of my background.
