My interview focused heavily on C programming concepts, and the questions felt less like a test of understanding and more like they were trying to trap me.

The questioning style was confusing, and it seemed like they were deliberately steering the conversation in ways that made it harder to get to a correct answer.

When I got home, I tried the questions on a compiler, and the results made me feel confident that my answers had actually been correct. The bigger issue was how low their understanding of the language seemed, which completely undermined the credibility of the process.

I walked away disappointed, especially because the company itself seemed promising, even if the interviewers’ approach didn’t match that expectation.
