My first step was an initial screening that was pretty conversational—background, interest in the role, and fit with the team.

After that, the process moved into a take-home case study that I had about 24 hours to complete. The work required structured analysis and clear reasoning, and it really pushed me to synthesize the information into well-supported recommendations while staying within the time constraints.

Once I finished the case, I had to present it. That presentation portion was less about just reading what I wrote and more about defending my assumptions and explaining how I arrived at my conclusions. They followed up with questions that tested whether I could communicate clearly and engage in discussion.
