I went through a pretty structured multi-round process that felt like it was building toward a final decision.

After an initial recruiter phone call, I was invited into a management interview, then moved on to a team conversation. The next step was a live design whiteboarding session, essentially a design challenge where I talked through my thinking as I worked.

After that, I had additional leadership-level conversations, including a meeting with the CEO, before any final decision was made. Across the rounds, the overall vibe stayed fairly professional and organized, but the volume of stages was definitely noticeable—it felt like I was repeatedly proving I fit, not just answering questions once.
