My process started with two phone interviews, followed by a test and then a one-on-one interview.

The structure itself was clear enough, but the recruiter interaction left a mark on me. During one part of the process, the recruiter’s tone felt a bit sarcastic, and it gave me the impression that everything was being framed like a strict hard-sales rule rather than actual business development.

After that, I didn’t get a satisfactory response until I had to chase for an update. It wasn’t that the steps were confusing—it was the way the message came across and the lag in getting a correct reply that made the experience feel off to me.
