My first contact was handled over email right away, and then the initial interview was an online exam centered on using Excel and PPT to illustrate a graph correctly.

It was practical and focused on the mechanics of presenting data clearly.

After that, I moved into a communication-focused round. I was asked questions designed around effective thinking and communication, and I spoke with two interviewers. The vibe was relaxed—they made me comfortable, and it didn’t feel like they were trying to trap me.

Overall it felt smooth and approachable, and I finished each segment feeling like I had understood what was being tested. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself wasn’t stressful in the same way some interviews are.
