I started with an online step: after an initial assessment testing my logic and critical thinking, I got an email that moved me into a recorded interview.

The recorded questions were framed around why I wanted to work with the company and a few similar prompts.

After that, I met with the hiring managers. The interview format combined a case study with a presentation, and then I had a separate conversation with the managers to discuss my thinking and fit for the role. Overall, it felt like a structured, staged process that mostly tested how I reasoned and communicated rather than just repeating basic behavioral questions.
