My process felt fast and deliberately efficient.

They used an automated tech test to filter quickly, and while those systems can be strict, it also meant I wasn’t left waiting around. Once I passed that stage, the process switched into something more “human,” with actual interviews rather than more automated gating.

The overall experience balanced speed with fairness in a way that reduced limbo. I did end up getting an offer, and the reflection I had afterward was that even with automation in the early stage, it still felt focused on minimizing time waste.
