My hiring loop was a straightforward three-part sequence and it was all online.

After a recruiter/talent call, I moved into interviews with team members, including senior colleagues and management.

The final stage expanded the room a bit more: the same overall group plus a higher-level department manager, and there was a brief presentation where I had to answer questions afterward. The difficulty felt high enough that it wasn’t just “chat and see,” but it still stayed structured.

I ended up receiving an offer, and the process felt serious rather than casual—especially once the format shifted into a presentation and Q&A with higher-level stakeholders.
