I applied through the careers portal and received instructions to complete an online HireVue test.

The assessment included basic non-verbal reasoning questions. After finishing that part, I booked an online interview where I could chat with a member of the hiring team without using a camera.

The format felt lightweight and clear—more about assessing communication and general reasoning than deep coding. I didn’t receive an offer, and there wasn’t much detail beyond the rejection after the interview stage. My reflection was that it was simple and fairly efficient, but it also felt like there was limited opportunity to demonstrate technical depth in that early step.
