JPMorganChase Financial Analyst interview experience

I did HR screening, then moved into conversations where I spoke with several people across the organization—people tied to banking and wealth management—so they could validate whether I was a real fit for the culture and the team.

When I finally got into the more interview-focused parts, the questioning centered on my motivation and fit, and I had moments where the interviewer asked me to describe my skills within the role and my past experiences.
