JPMorganChase Financial Analyst interview experience

From application submission to a final decision was about two months, and I could see the stages as they arrived: first a HireVue, then a group meeting with the recruiting team, and finally a roughly two-hour superday.

The superday format stood out because it wasn’t just random chat—it was organized around multiple interviews with VP/ED leaders across different parts of the CCB business. I sat through separate conversations with leaders in different areas, and each interview had its own flavor: a mix of motivation and CV discussion paired with technical and role-specific questions.
