JPMorganChase Financial Analyst interview experience

During the event, I met with three different analysts, and the format included a case presentation.

The conversations felt structured around evaluating how I approached a problem in a practical way—both through discussion with the analysts and through the case itself. It wasn’t just Q&A; the case component pushed me to organize my thinking and communicate it clearly.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was coherent and fairly focused on assessing real analytical and presentation abilities rather than only abstract motivation.
