After I reviewed the online hiring information, I called HR with a few questions and we scheduled my interview.

The overall process felt pretty easy to step into: it included one 1:1 interview plus an online personality test.

In the interview, the tone was relaxed and pretty open ended. I talked through my background and tried to clearly present myself, focusing on my strengths. The discussion also pushed me to explain why I wanted to work in the actuarial side of finance and how that connected to the exams involved. It was less about trick questions and more about making a case for my interest and direction.

By the end, the experience felt like a fit conversation than a high-pressure evaluation.
