John Deere Software Engineer interview experience

I was able to apply through LinkedIn, and once they reached out, the technical rounds came up twice, which made it feel like they wanted multiple reads on how I handled coding and problem-solving. The final step was with HR.

What stood out most was the clear wrap-up at the end: I received the offer letter and then had a separate discussion about bonus eligibility and the bonus amount. I didn’t feel dragged through a lot of ambiguity—communication felt direct, and the process ended with everything being spelled out.
