My process took almost a month and felt heavy from the start.

The first stage was a group dynamic where we introduced ourselves, explained how we’d solve a problem, and then split into two groups to work together on a problem in a room and present results at the end. It was uncomfortable mostly because it turned into a gatekeeping moment—near the end they pointed out who wouldn’t go to the next live stage, and I passed by luck, avoiding the humiliation in real time.

After that, I had an interview in English with someone from HR, and my English wasn’t great but somehow felt better than theirs, which immediately threw my nerves off. I continued anyway.
