JLR Software Engineer interview experience

I was set up for an in-person discussion at their office, but the meeting got canceled and rescheduled multiple times, with lots of reminders. Even after I prepared my presentation slides and made it to the location they requested, I was told I wasn’t booked for an interview, which immediately threw me off and created a lot of stress.

Eventually, the meeting happened via Teams, and the actual interview itself took around two hours with behavioural and technical elements. I left feeling like I had done my best given how chaotic the scheduling had been, but a few days later I wasn’t selected.
