JLR Software Engineer interview experience

It started with a telephone interview, and then it moved to an in-person interview. Over the phone was the only real friction point for me: the interviewer’s accent was quite difficult to follow, so concentrating took more effort than it normally would have.

Once I got through that first call, I heard back within a short period of time. Overall, it left me with the impression that the screening and decision-making happened fast, even if the phone conversation itself was a little challenging just due to communication.
