Jefferies Investment Banking Analyst interview experience

The superday round I went through was basically only behavioral questions, but it was fast-paced and felt like I had to stay switched on the entire time. There wasn’t much to hide behind technically, but the speed meant I couldn’t take a long pause to think.

I just remember trying to stay sharp, because the day had that pressure-cooker rhythm. It didn’t feel friendly in the sense of being laid back; it felt like a test of composure and clarity. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly that pace was the biggest factor in how the day felt—more than any specific question they asked.
