London, EnglandPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a straightforward, relatively short set of interviews where I had to prove I could talk through customer situations and selling techniques, but it still felt manageable.

Interviewer chat — I was asked about my background and how I handle customers, plus what I do in difficult moments.
Rapport and clarity check — the interviewer environment felt friendly and comfortable, and they asked questions to assess how I’d perform day to day.
Standard questions (fast turnaround) — the overall process was quick, focused on experience and selling techniques, with limited waiting between application and interview. Outcome: I didn’t get the role, but the takeaway was that they made expectations clear and kept the process efficient.
