I interviewed for an Account Executive role through a mostly store-based path, with a fairly standard group format that felt casual and not too challenging over a short timeline.

Group interview (15–30 people) — I attended a one-stage group session where the interview was based on standard retail questions.
In-store manager-led chat — When I arrived, I waited briefly and then spoke with the interviewer; the questions were simple and kept the atmosphere laid back.
Large group setting — In another round of this same general journey, I joined a big group session (dozens of people total) and booked the interview after an email. Outcome: I didn’t move forward—while the questions were generally manageable, the experience still ended without an offer
