I interviewed for an Account Executive role in a group-based, activity-style setup; the interview itself was easy, but the role wasn’t what I expected.

Seasonal group interview (~30 people) — I joined a large group session with activity tasks like introducing myself, sharing about my partner, and creating a product ad; the environment was casual and interviewers were friendly.
Very easy, comfort-focused chat — In another similar journey, the questions were simple and I felt comfortable, but the job itself later felt tiring and management seemed poor. Outcome: No offer mentioned for my interview outcomes—my takeaway was that the interview format was manageable, even if my view of the job changed afterward.
