My interview journey for the Account Executive role was average overall, and the environment felt friendly and encouraging throughout.

Manager conversation — I spoke with a manager-level interviewer about my fit for the role, with an emphasis on my experience and the results I’ve been able to produce.
Fit and confidence check — I was encouraged to be myself and come in confidently; the questions centered on whether I’d be a good match for how the team works. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the tone was positive and I felt like the interviewers wanted me to succeed if I could prove the right fit.
