I interviewed for the Account Executive role in a very simple, manager-led way, and it felt low difficulty with fast decisions.

Short manager sit-down — I answered basic questions about myself, what I know about the company, and why I wanted the job.
Quick expectations check — I talked about availability and my prior work history, usually in a conversation that lasted under an hour.
Immediate result — in some cases I got an offer on the same day and started shortly after. Outcome: I received offers in these journeys, and the takeaway was that direct, clear answers plus reliability were enough to move quickly.
