Cerritos, CAPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly smooth phone-then-in-person process for an Account Executive role, and it felt average difficulty with no special surprises.

Quick phone screen — a short over-the-phone conversation where I talked through my background and answered the usual introductory questions.
In-person interview — a face-to-face chat that continued the same theme: who I am, why I’m interested, and how I’d fit the role. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the experience felt organized and supportive—mainly focused on my communication and fit.
