I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a short, low-pressure format—mostly quick conversations about availability and basic experience.

Short manager interview (15–20 minutes) — I talked through previous experience, why I wanted the store, what I could contribute, and whether I work well in a team.
Casual phone call — I had a brief, casual call (around 10 minutes) where they mainly asked about availability.
Simple in-store interview — I had a friendly interviewer, got clear directions, and the conversation stayed straightforward.
Walk the shop floor — The process was relaxed and conversational; I spoke with the manager and then walked the store floor, finishing in under an hour. Outcome: No offer
