JD Group Account Executive interview experience

After my first round, they waited around four weeks before moving me to a second round, and that long pause made it difficult to know what was happening.

When I did progress, I finally got an offer, so the ending was positive. But the timeline itself threw me off, and the uncertainty during the waiting period was the hardest part.

In terms of how it felt overall, it wasn’t smooth or clearly communicated—more like I had to stay patient without much clarity. Getting the offer helped, but the process leading up to it wasn’t as straightforward as I expected.
