Macomb, MIPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up in a panel-style interview with one hiring manager and several other interviewees.

The setup itself didn’t feel comfortable, and the conversation was harder than it needed to be because a lot of the questions were vague and didn’t come across as clear.

I found it difficult to respond effectively since I wasn’t always sure what they were really asking for. Even though I could tell they were trying to gauge my fit, the wording and structure threw me off.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the experience left me more frustrated than confident because the interview didn’t feel like a straightforward conversation I could succeed in.
