San Mateo, CAPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After finishing an online assessment, I moved straight into a technical interview call that came later.

The recruiter contact felt responsive and easy to coordinate with, and the overall vibe didn’t feel hostile.

The technical portion leaned heavily on coding. There was some initial setup with behavior questions and a quick walk through my resume and projects, but the bulk of the time went to a coding problem. During coding, the interviewer would interrupt if I made mistakes and ask questions around what I was doing. Even though the process didn’t end with an offer for me, it felt fairly structured and not overly chaotic—just not a match in the end.
