San Mateo, CAPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a technical phone interview, and then I moved into an HR phone screen after I passed that first technical step.

After the recruiter/HR part, I had three more technical interviews where they also asked a couple behavioral-style questions and some system design questions.

It felt like a pretty comprehensive loop for an early-stage process—more than just coding alone. I ended up getting rejected, but the overall flow made it clear what they valued: both practical technical problem-solving and some ability to talk through design and behavior.
