I went through an interview flow that centered on Java/Angular/database knowledge plus real-time experience, with an HR round at the end.

Technical round (skill set + real-time) — Questions on Java, Angular, databases, and related technical knowledge.
Manager round (project experience) — I answered questions about real-time project experience and how I handled work.
HR round — The final discussion focused on HR and fit.
(In a similar loop) Online test to coding — MCQs and two coding questions were part of one version of the journey. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; overall it felt average and leaned on practical, real-world experience rather than trivia.
