Seattle, WAPosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an easy loop-style interview that spread across recruiter, hiring manager, and a long same-day technical session.

Recruiter phone screen — I described myself and discussed my resume.
Hiring manager call — A second call that aligned on my project experience and role expectations.
Loop interview (single day) — A roughly half-day loop with project discussion and programming questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but it felt approachable—success depended on being able to clearly talk through projects and handle straightforward programming questions over a longer session.
