I went through two rounds, and the early part felt straightforward.

The first round was technical and focused on core Java and database-related questions, and it stayed pretty fair in how it was conducted.

Then the managerial round threw me off completely. It felt like the experience was the “bad ever” in terms of how it was handled, and it didn’t align with the professionalism of the first technical discussion. The managerial step left me feeling unsettled more than evaluated.

I didn’t get an offer. The contrast between a fair first round and a frustrating managerial round is what stayed with me most afterward.
