I cleared the early technical parts, and then I reached the client round. That portion didn’t end the process the way I expected—there was a decision that led to me coming back for additional rounds.

After that shift, I did another technical round and then another managerial round. I also experienced a period where paperwork and the next steps were discussed, but the company didn’t follow through consistently afterward, and communication went quiet. Eventually they reached out again with a lower salary than what had been previously discussed, and the explanation came down to having fewer
