After a resume shortlist, I went into a sequence that started with a technical conversation over the phone and then moved to a deeper technical discussion on video.

Next came a managerial round, and HR was last. The whole process was fairly quick in day-to-day scheduling, and I remember the interaction feeling straightforward while it was happening.

What lingered was what happened after I cleared the rounds. I was told the interviews were successful and I was selected, but then the offer either didn’t roll out or updates stopped. In my case, HR stopped responding to follow-ups, and I ended up waiting without a clear reason. At one point a scheduled additional round was cancelled and the position was put on hold, which also felt like a waste of momentum.
