IQVIA Consultant interview experience

There was no recruiter in the room—just my computer, the prompts, and making sure my internet was solid. I recorded my responses to the questions, then waited as the process moved forward.

After that, it shifted into a case-style conversation. I had a second round where I introduced myself, explained why I wanted to join, and walked through parts of my resume before getting into a case. Even though the panel felt engaging, the overall process left me with a slightly messy impression: it was pressured by the need to fill quickly, and that made the scheduling and coordination feel compressed.
